Why was the priest arrested?

Things are really bad in the Catholic Church when one is relieved that the sex involved consenting adults.

Further to my own point, I think a law against desecrating a religious altar, especially by the religionist, himself, couldn't stand constitutional muster given honest USSC justices.

That's why in places like Liberty U and Oral Roberts U, there are separate dorms and no dancing' and no parties. And there's a reason for that. Look at what happened with Falwell and the $$$ its gonna cost the school.

I mean,.. What The Hell !

It is very possible that they could be seen from outside. I suspect that the bright lights at the time indicated was something that would raise some suspicion of less than normal activity and I would certainly have called the police. What the consenting adults do is up to them, but they failed to do so in a space that would not draw attention to their actions.
