20. Could be closer to 300. Here's how I calculate it. I printed out..

... a color copy of the photo, enlarged to fill the paper in landscape. Then I blacked out the red hats and light faces with no hats, counting as I went. I had blacked out 1/3 of the picture when I hit 100. I might continue the project, but I might not.
