How will the intelligence agencies of the United States stop Trump from talking and discussing our secrets after he is voted out of office?

Since he's so stupid, pays no attention to details and basically doesn't care, his information will be sketchy at best. It's never going to be terribly helpful to any other world leader, IMO. His info would always be considered "rumor."

Although, as president, technically any info he shares with anyone automatically become declassified, so they may need to gather evidence for information shared after he leaves office. It’s almost a given he will either slip or deliberately sell info after he leaves office, as will Jared.

i think it's been established that he's let slip some secrets in public, and also to the russians.

certainly we know he's vulnerable to blackmail, willing to pay to keep embarrassing personal information secret, and has had private conversations with putin and has many communication chains to russia and other countries.

Trump only knows what he knows at any given time. When he leaves, America will be like a self sealing tire and the hole Trump leaves will be plugged up fast. Trump has probably been fed information with “markers” to enable tracing. America will protect herself and her people.
