This is so easy if Dems would just have consistent talking points. Simply say that many people are saying the court should be rebalanced to reflect the American people and we will debate this in the future. Over and over and over, every single Democrat should repeat rebalance, rebalance, rebalance to replace the phase packing.

The average voter can understand that the court is out of balance with the US population. Stop letting them say packing when it is not packing, it is balancing the court.
