There's a public perception that Trumpy-Boy's positive for CV is a sign of weakness and failure (weakness in a relative sense. Trump wants to project a superman image.) One of the reasons that Trump might be forbidding any details of his medical condition is that he doesn't want to remind the public that he ever was positive. He's trying to eradicate that from the body politic. Now, he's "immune", or he isn't contagious, or he's just plain superior.

Let's always remember that Trump is a master con artist. His lying keeps him afloat. And he has a flair for theatre. So watch out. He's got some tricks up his sleeve, but only if he's recovering quickly from the disease.
