(had that too). Dexamethasone you usually get as long as you are considered Covid Pneumonia.

Please note the next things you see a generalizations and my own personal exp:

Remdesivir is used to keep people off of respirator and to shorten hospitalization time.

Dexamethasone is used to basically suppress your immune system to avoid all the different reactions that destroy lungs and vascular system in patients.

When you are super sick the dex is largely just there and working. As you recover though, you feel the mania, insomnia, delusion, paranoia... Think 4AM doom scrolling with a 5th of Jack at hand and feeling more savage than you have in years. Looking at Trump there, but know exactly what's up.

All of it is mixed with the brain fog/dementia/confusion that happens for most people with Covid anyway.

And what I just posted is also a great example of how it works. At least I am aware now!

1 or so week behind mine

You can't go cold turkey off IV dexamethasone... At least 1 week oral after release from IV/hospital

You can see the outline of the main door right above the Seal. That's how high the stairs usually go.

Once inside the baggage door Dumpy would still need to climb a second set of stairs inside to get to the upper deck but he can do that coughing and wheezing (and sucking on an oxygen mask?) out of sight of the public.

I can guarantee there is at least 1 elevator in AF1...probably multiple. Once out of site, the orange ass pustule can ride up in that.

How do they board it in the winter? I can't remember seeing that. But you'd think for inclement weather, and incapacitated Presidents, there'd be an alternate way to board the plane, one that would keep them out of the elements and hidden from prying eyes.

But then, I was surprised to see there's seemingly no hidden way for the President to get into a car at the White House, or a built-in covered walkway to get from the mansion to the helicopter. Not just for Trump, but for all Presidents to use when the weather is bad or they themselves are under the weather.

He uses the lower stairs and takes the elevator (yes, there is an elevator) to get to the main deck. He doesn't always do this, but he often does. He uses the lower entry when boarding, almost surely to avoid the climb. He uses the main airstairs to disembark, allowing he avoirdupois to aid his descent.
