Even if Obamacare was unconstitutional, which it is not, you would NOT take the case

or decide to overturn it during the WORST PANDEMIC IN MODERN HISTORY (or one of them) knowing that doing so would KILL untold numbers of citizens and DESTROY financially millions more.

It would be UNCONSCIONABLE

I’m getting plenty sick and tired of getting jerked around... now I have to sweat this out AGAIN

And the worthless orange hump who pays no income taxes gets his world class socialized medicine courtesy of the US Taxpayer. But he wants to take mine away from me during a pandemic.

I cannot come up with sufficient words to describe the extent to which I loathe him.

millions and blame it on Obama.

When I say this is an actual, violent war and have said that for 4 years, I mean it.

I mean they are TRYING TO KILL US RIGHT NOW and we need to act accordingly.

Yet yesterday I had to spend some of my precious time I should be spending working on the campaign reading people on here saying Eric Holder is wrong and voter ID is just fine...

US Attorney General Eric Holder, appearing Tuesday before a national NAACP convention in Houston, compared a controversial Texas voter ID law to an illegal poll tax and vowed to continue aggressively enforce voting and other civil rights laws.

I hope Joe gives him a taste of his own medicine and repeals every goddam executive order he signed. Then our Democratic Congress overturns every goddam policy the repukes started. Wipe the orange trump stain off the history books altogether except to say he is a bad memory.

Legislate. That is not the purpose of the court. Legislation is for Congress. When the ACA was created, Obama had won by a majority of Americans. Americans gave Democrats Congress. The process was by the book. The Republicans added many, many amendments. Nothing was hidden, selective...unlike the GOP attempt to pass a healthcare bill, seen by no-one, written by a handful of people, rammed through with no care for legitimate process. That's why McCain voted no. He'd said McConnell wasn't using the process and he wouldn't support such steam rolling.

So the GOP couldn't legislate new healthcare. Now they're trying to use the court to legislate. This GOP has no love for democratic norms, processes, or the will of the people.

The ACA was in response to the will of the people. This action will give us the will of a few people. That's not how things are intended to be done.
