He thinks he won the first debate. He was the loudest and talked the most. Remember, the 'Rona makes him look weak and feeble, which is why he's doing campaign stops all week to overcompensate for the perception of weakness.
Plus, a lot of other people got infected with him. A lot. To the point where it's spread to people who aren't in the tank for Trump and would never go along with the scam.

As I pointed out in another thread, he showed up at last night's rally obviously drugged up. He also left the AF1 through a cargo hold door, rather than the usual exit. He still gasps for air and huffs and puffs. He is not well.
