18. Democrats need to stop being nice to repukes

Fear that if we stack the courts will result in repukes doing it later will only result in losing for Dems. Repukes will do whatever the hell they think is good for their party regardless of how 'nice' we are. DON"T EXPECT QUID QUO PRO from repukes. It was technically not against the rules for Moscow Mitch, purveyor of weapons to mass murderers, to hold off on nominations to the courts. It is not technically against the rules for Dems to rebalance the courts IF we win.

Shove our agenda right down their throats. Use the power of gerry mandering. Close polling places in repuke strongholds. Kill the filibuster. Don't make the mistake that led to the 2010 massacre of Democratic control of legislatures. That's the biggest fear. We win in 2020 and everyone just relaxes and says 'OK, everythings fine.' The enemy will still be out there and they will still be racist authoritarians bent on destroying America.
