Will it be possible that the Senate Dems. can STOP this appointment? I mean IS there ANY way for them to completely STOP it? TY.

So the short answer is "no".

(26,731 posts)We have two who have said that they think it should wait until later. I don't think either one has said that they would vote against her if the Senate holds a vote anyway.

The confirmation is a sham. No matter what she says or doesn't say there will be a (nearly) by party vote and she will be confirmed.
The good news is I am not a lawyer. The bad news is lawyer or not this is a 100% political process just like the prior two justices and just like the impeachment "trial" in the Senate and just like passing the Trump tax cuts.
