Mitt Romney finds a way to feel superior to both.

Mitt Romney reprimands Trump, Democrats for 'vile' and 'hate-filled' politics

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney said on Tuesday that he is "troubled" by the state of American politics today, calling on leaders from both sides of the aisle to "tone it down."

"I have stayed quiet with the approach of the election," Romney said in a statement posted to Twitter. "But I'm troubled by our politics, as it has moved away from spirited debate to a vile, vituperative, hate-filled morass that is unbecoming of any free nation – let alone the birthplace of modern democracy."

The Utah senator criticized President Donald Trump for divisive rhetoric, Democrats like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for ripping up the president's speech after the State of the Union address earlier this year, and figures in the media he claimed "amplify all of it."

His second pick for a bad Democratic leader was Keith Olberman. Who the last time I checked doesn't lead anything and most Democrats find him nearly as annoying as some of the right wing pundits.

Your "both sides do it" argument is specious and disingenuous. You are doing nothing to improve civil discourse when you lie.

In other words, he should put his money where his mouth is and be the one to start. Being a Mormon in a Mormon state the orange monster will not be any harm to him anymore.

Your fellow Senator from Utah doesn't believe we are a democracy.

Perhaps anger is what we are reduced to when the our voices are otherwise taken away by your party.

If we're a little testy these days, it's because we spent the last 30 years extending a hand out in the name of bipartisanship and have consistently pulled back a bloody stump as rewarded four our efforts.
