Impeachment and then removal has the same threshold for a judge that it does for the President. We could impeach her in the house but it would require 68 votes in the senate which means it will snow in hell before this happens.

20. In a nutshell you need a two-thirds majority of Senators to impeach

and/or two-thirds of States to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution for any changes to their terms of office.

If Dems were able to maintain a simple Senatorial majority for two terms they could significantly reduce the political bias of the court.

It's about controlling the Senate...period.

as I said before, Demographics are moving in our direction so if we can continue to vote and control more of govt we can have the power to do this, plus with changes in demographics we can have support from Voters in doing this also.
