after being seated? isn't lying to Congress a crime? We all know she knew what Trump's positions about the SCOTUS were. I am sure there are dozens of people who discussed those positions with her...including Barr.

(8,759 posts)Impeachment and then removal has the same threshold for a judge that it does for the President. We could impeach her in the house but it would require 68 votes in the senate which means it will snow in hell before this happens.

If Dems were able to maintain a simple Senatorial majority for two terms they could significantly reduce the political bias of the court.
It's about controlling the Senate...period.

(93,618 posts)as I said before, Demographics are moving in our direction so if we can continue to vote and control more of govt we can have the power to do this, plus with changes in demographics we can have support from Voters in doing this also.
