ABC should cancel Biden's Town Hall at the very last minute then re-schedule.

Doing that would greatly benefit Biden but also benefit ABC as it would assure higher viewership as people would want to hear Biden's responses. It seems to me that would be certainly better than to have both events aired at the same time.

Nobody's going to be conflicted about who to watch. If they're unhappy with Trump but not yet committed to Biden, they'll likely watch Biden. If they're still considering supporting Trump, they'll likely watch Trump, see him act like an idiot again and be more uncertain going forward.
