6. Think he started promising a long time ago. You know he did the

same thing with the tax cut plan. I even almost said "his tax cut". The way I remember it he kept bragging about his tax plan and Republicans kept saying great, hand it over and never did.

Now anyone with an R can deliver a plan to help rich yet trump bragged about it for 3+ years!! And he didn't even do it. But repetition works.

So wonder what happens? Can't focus to plan? OR He is intentionally waiting for someone else on healthcare too?
