First thing we need to do if they overturn Roe vs Wade

Is pass a law that states since a woman who wants an abortion obviously doesn't want a child and the man by refusing a vasectomy or wearing protection obviously DOES want a child to raise and nurture, then when the child is born it'll be the man's responsibly to raise the child with no financial help or babysitting from the mother. Surely republican congressMEN would vote for this knowing they'll be raising future republican voters their mistresses supplied them. Their wives being "Pro Life" would be more than happy with this arrangement. RepubliCONs have made women's lives difficult for years, it's time to put the shoe on the other foot.

Increase PP funding.

Repeal any Federal laws/regs that restrict abortion rights.

Lot of things that can be done.

When and if Roe is overturned, unfortunately there will likely be an uptick in fatalities from home abortions, infanticide, and child abuse.

Not very pro-life or Christian.

No state may prohibit a pregnant woman from leaving her non-abortion state to travel to a state that offers non-criminalized abortions or penalize a third party who assists such a pregnant woman from leaving her non-abortion state.

What's the going rate for a surrogate?

According to surrogate.com the "average base pay for surrogacy is $25,000 for first-time surrogates, and the money is paid in monthly installments throughout the surrogacy process (usually after a pregnancy is confirmed by a physician).

I think that's fair.

11. By that standard, you could also say the woman wanted a baby since she didn't use birth control pill

Or urge the man to use a condom.

I don’t think this is a very strong argument.

Really, I think it’s obvious that both men and women have unprotected sex without thinking much about the potential consequences. Acting like the man wanted a baby while having sex, but the woman didn’t, is pretty silly.
