We can go on our county court clerk's office web site elections page under "am I registered to vote?" and enter our name, birthday and last four digits of our SSN, then click on "Absentee Ballot Status".
Mine has not been received yet but it's been only a couple of days and I suspect they have quite a pile to sort through at this time.

Mine was received and counted too!
