he has no retail on the first floor. he got a property tax abatement on that. blamed the architect for 'bad sight lines'. um, it looks out on a brand new riverwalk, and is just off the mag mile.

it was going to be the tallest bldg in the world, but 9/11 happened and he got cold feet.
