He strikes me as someone who would flip easily, under pressure from law enforcement.

he wants to be the guy who is at the beginning of the chain of possession when they start asking about forged documents.

And hacking/planting fake evidence, for the purpose of Russian election interference can't be good.

method of marginalizing political opponents.

33. That's the easy one, right?
You can just say it's on there without it being. It's not like anyone can ask you to release it and you can be pretty sure the FBI won't just come out and say anything about it.
So, in this setup you don't actually put it on there because then you have to have it in possession at some point. That's the difference in this blowing up in your face and you getting embarrassed/sued and you going to federal prison for 30 years. The idea that there was CP on it and that Rudy made a copy and kept it for a year before handing it over to a newspaper......and that the Newspaper didn't mention it in the story right away....yeah sure. Now it seems like NY Post is even moving away from this trainwreck and it's heading over to Jack and OANN....so an even less reputable place. It's officially just at a troll farm now. |

19. I've listened to about ten minutes beyond the time stamp you gave in the OP.
He's keeping his story straight (barely, but he's doing it).
But you can hear the "oh fuck" in his voice as he realizes again and again that the story doesn't make sense. |

25. And the (at least) one time where he tried to say "no comment" about something he already said.
I think I see now why Judge Ito stopped the Mark Fuhrman testimony as soon as he took the fifth, so he wouldn't try to us it as kind of a line item veto...lol.

16. Bad pictures
He didn't correct the reporter when he said there was no child porn.
Bad pictures , a crack pipe or recorded relations with a female? If he was so worried and gave a copy of the hard drive to the FBI , I would think that would give him assurance that he did his part and washed his hands of it. Then he doesn't mind that the NY Post ran the story? I guess the extra exposure alleviated his fears. Gimme a break. |

21. At 19:41 they ask how he found the emails-no comment.
He reported the emails to the FBI but it was actually supposedly a "friend" he trusted who was a go between. Was he with the FBI? Question-are you sure you gave this to the FBI? Answer- I trusted "him". Are you still in contact with him? No comment. Sounds like a lying weasel.
