Surprise Attack?

The last debate between Trump and Biden is this Thursday. Should Biden not attend? At the very least, in my opinion, he should take a test for the coronavirus and insist that Trump do the same. It should be public knowledge. If Trump refuses, call off the debate.

No doubt, the Trump campaign will be looking at this debate as a venue to chop Joe Biden to shreds. They are probably debating whether or not to do the same tactic they did the last time, in an attempt to rattle Biden? Some are probably recommending caution? But, Biden should be prepared for a personal attack? That is the only weapon they have at this time.

The biggest surprise would be if Biden went on the attack. Perhaps he should?

Maybe Biden is being advised to "look presidential"? Don't get down in the mud with Trump. He's a pig and he loves it.

Biden does need to understand that they are coming after him.

Kristen Welker as the moderator is an interesting choice?

Also, "everyone" was pretty sure Mueller had everything under control.

He's already kind of trying to set things up, using the choice of moderator as yet another excuse to participate.

But if, by chance, the debate does happen, I have full confidence in the people surrounding and advising Joe.

has left a mark so far. I can't imagine him coming up with one now that would make a difference. It only makes Trump look like a nasty bully and Joe look more presidential.

His base may love the attacks, but they already were voting for him.

They can try to brief him, and they certainly will. It won't matter. He's still going to waddle out on that stage and be the same incoherent, taunting, willywagging, grade-school bully his drooling worshippers know and love.

On Joe's side, I'm thinking along the lines of Ali's "Rope-A-Dope".

We know he lies and lies A LOT. So why would this be any different? He's desperate and will do anything to win including his lying. Now if it's he gets tested by a lab of Biden's choosing and
vise versa that would be a different story.
Trust but verify... YMMV

The advisors grand strategy is to have trump let biden speak. really. That's their grand plan.

They claim that by letting him speak, he will appear confused and tired. How did that work for bernie?

hat drivel appeared in rawstory as clickbait. But fear not, the advisors have no faith trump won't be triggered and go off on a tangent of some kind.

My prediction is he will try to invade joes personal space. Its just the kind of stunt he would be giddy over.

has carried out, including all that that Trump's children have been really accused of. Name all the litigations and potential litigations facing Trump. All the sealed indictments to come and, of course, his Russian entanglements including those of the GOP in the House and in the Senate.
Use up the time with all of that with the theme being we just can't afford four more years of scamming the American citizens, misusing valuable tax dollars to support a crime family while ignoring the dire economic crisis we are facing and the pandemic that has already cost so many lives unnecessarily. No vaccine can replace the loss of loved one already gone. No promise and no amount tax relief to the wealthy without real dollars going to the 98% of us who have to work for a living and survival.

Joe should hit hard with this at the first opening he gets.

Crime, you want crimes? I'll give you crimes. You want corruption? I'll give you corruption.
Rigged elections? I'll give you examples of rigged elections and voter fraud and tampering (Latest headlines about all the tampering, and rigging by GOP).

There is a wealth of information out there if only an enterprising staffer would put it together succinctly so Joe could use it in 90 minutes.
