Nor will the US Supreme Court vote to eliminate it being that Social Security had been in place for over 85 years and Medicare for 56 years.

ACA is very mild in comparison to those two programs. We arrive at a point when Roberts and Gorsuch are the moderates on the court. Feinstein said to Graham, it was the best hearing she has ever participated in.
