10/20 Daily Dose of Joe

Friends -- see below for today's Dose of Joe.

• Yesterday, Joe Biden released a statement on President Trump publicly mocking him for trusting science and calling Dr. Fauci, the leading public health official on COVID-19, a “disaster” and other public health officials “idiots.”

• Kamala Harris will participate in a virtual Milwaukee rally with Senator Tammy Baldwin, Congresswoman Gwen Moore, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, and Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley to kick off the first day of in-person early voting in Wisconsin.

• Jill Biden will travel to Detroit, Madison Heights, Dearborn, and Saginaw, Michigan. In Detroit, Biden will tour an urban farm to showcase what local food activists are doing to combat food insecurity during the pandemic. In Madison Heights, Biden will speak at a women’s volunteer canvass and encourage Michiganders to vote early. In Dearborn, Biden will participate in a voter mobilization event to engage and mobilize Arab American voters. And in Saginaw, Biden will give remarks at a Vote Now car rally to encourage voters in Saginaw County to cast their ballots.

• Doug Emhoff will travel to Wilmington and Greenville, North Carolina to encourage North Carolinians to vote early. In Wilmington and Greenville, Emhoff will join Biden for President North Carolina Early Voter Mobilization Events to urge attendees to cast their ballot during the state’s in-person early vote period, which lasts until October 31. Each event will highlight the stakes of this election and build upon the energy that voters have to build back better from the COVID-19 crisis and put Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House. Emhoff will speak to Biden and Harris’ plans to put working families first and fight for North Carolinians every step of the way.

• Yesterday, Rolling Stone announced their endorsement of Joe Biden for President of the United States, highlighting the Vice President’s broad coalition, progressive solutions and experience to put those solutions into practice.
