Due to the large percentages of early and absentee voting this year

Exit polls on Nov. 3rd will be pretty meaningless.
Let's hope the networks don't use them to announce anything.
The premature announcement for Bush in Florida did damage to a fair election. (as it was planned to do)

Many states have had early voting for some time. This year it is far greater than before, but unless everyone votes the same day, the exit polls don't mean a lot. I rather expect few, if any, will be done this year.
