It has nothing to do with Biden and is in no way damaging to him. They are trying to claim that the alleged Proud Boys emails threatening to harm people if they don't vote for Trump (found to have actually originated in Iran) is damaging to Trump, which is spectacularly disingenuous, but it's certainly not harmful for Biden.
