Why do people allow Trump to bloviate his way out of BS?

The Stahl interview is just the latest example, but he does the same thing CONSTANTLY...

#1 - State something untrue or ever-so-partially true as overly generalized and "fact" = "They got caught spying on my campaign."
#2 - Ignore requests for specific details with MORE generalities = "You know what they did, and it was so horrible."
#3 - Amplify the accusation = "Then they got caught and it was the worst thing in the history of our country."
#4 - Ignore the continued requests for clarification and details with insults = "You just won't print/air the truth."

Nowhere is "it" (the alleged spying or the alleged impact) ever quantified or defined.
Nowhere is the issue ever brought to verifiable actions or real reports (which all DIRECTLY CONTRADICT HIM).

And yet, he shamelessly continues the same bullshit.

It is like watching the old Monty Python skit for the "Argument Clinic" on a looped feed:

No it isn't
Yes it is
No it isn't
Yes it is
No it isn't
Yes it is
No it isn't
Yes it is

If you want me to go on arguing, you'll have to give me another 4 years in office...

Health care plan?
Pandemic response?
Economy - specifically jobs for the 8M newly impoverished?

He also says something like "we just added 11M jobs and its the best ever for our country" without proper context - that came on the heels of the 20+M jobs LOST in the start of this mess...so getting back about 50% of what was lost and then stalling out and still claiming credit for it being the "best ever"? Really? Is that how people think this works?

He is a bloviating gas bag of epic proportions and as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
He lies constantly and is incapable of handling criticism or failure and has no ability to grow or change.

The sooner he dies of a massive stroke, the better the universe becomes before his corpse is even cold and stiff.

There are obviously some things about him that are unique, but the only reason he became president and the Republican Party do completely fell in line behind him is because he does so effectively represent the true core of the Republican Party.

Hate, privilege, entitlement, authoritarianism, criminality, grift, nepotism, propaganda, etc.

Reagan, poppy, shrub, mcturtle, all of them are/were the same. Donnie merely lacks the maturity and sanity and talent to disguise it better.

These reporters allow him to do this schtick over and over and over and it is tired already...truth be told it was tired when he was nothing more than a fake tycoon on a fake TV show, but it gotten ridiculous now. He is openly mocking the press with this kind of treatment and he should be held to account for it before the election as well.

My recommendation for them is to stop allowing him to evade answering the questions. Keep restating it until he either answers, walks out or implodes in a rage ball. By that metric, Stahl did as good a job as anyone has in years! He is frequently given more free passes than anyone since Barry Bonds was 'roided up and crushing non-drug users records; and he continues to whine about "unfair treatment" because he knows its a Pavlovian response for the imbeciles in his 'base'.

The whole thing make me sick.

I really am looking forward to that first day after he dies (of whatever causes, just so long as he is gone) as a celebratory day for humanity. He is without doubt the worst human being in modern history and maybe of all-time.

The subject, get all pissy, etc. etc. etc. all the time and never throwing down on them. All the media and journalists have to do is dig in and bow up to their sorry asses for what they are and refuse to allow them to hi-jack everything for only their nonsense stunts.

Hell, I could only handle maybe two words out of place from Republicans or Donald Dumbass before I blew up and told them 'to shut the fuck up and answer the simple questions.' Then, 'If you don't want to answer the question, then I will spend the rest of the time talking about your position or give your time to the other guest.'

Fuck all of them, if they can't take the heat, then they have no reason for being in a position that requires serious knowledge and intelligence, inclusive negotiation skills, and stable composure to do their jobs or jobs they want.
