According to the New York tracking website they haven't received it yet. Have emailed them but haven't gotten a response.

It's a non-partisan call center staffed with lawyers who are trained to answer voting questions. I've done this several times as a volunteer. It's great!

I dropped mine off on the 13th, though they received it (obviously), they haven't counted it. I wonder if Republican pollwatchers are trying to slow down the count.
