I don't think much of anything about him would be described as "like a human".

2. The obvious answer to that question is that he's not human.

I would like for someone who knows about this stuff to explain why someone would use two hands to drink from a glass that way.

It really is odd. You’d think he’d skip it knowing he looks like a toddler or an enfeebled person.
