Good points about Joe himself not being involved.

And IMO the most important sentence in that, as far as Bobulinski's motive is concerned, is Bates pointing out that Bobulinski is angry about NOT being able to go into business with Hunter and James Biden.

As my earlier thread about this questionable character pointed out, Bobulinski is in legal and financial trouble.
