I watched the whole debate. Biden had a very strong
second half so that I was able to clearly see what his
policies on some major issues would look like,
in particular thos on healthcare, clean energy,
criminal justice reform, foreign policy, and creation
of jobs.

Biden won it for me in that second half when he
visibly strengthened in resolve and clarity.

He will make a very fine president.
