He's out of money.

I heard it too many times last night -- "Joe, you have so much money". "Joe, you make all that money".

I think his campaign folks had a meeting with him shortly before the debate, and compared Trump's warchest to Joe's warchest, and that Trump had to do well in the debate because it was free advertising.

Of course, with Trump, campaign money is *HIS* money, to buy hotels, houses, limos, -- and so he thinks that's how other people use campaign money.

So that was foremost on the baffoon's mind, and like the blithering idiot he is, it kept on saying "Joe, you have a lot of money, you have all those houses" etc.

He's broke. I'd bet a lot of chips on that.

But those comments were more likely just part of his last ditch effort to paint Joe as an "elitist", since this is supposed to be the opposite of what Democrat voters like. He's got nothing to run on. All his adds are just more of "don't vote for Democrats, they are (insert buzzword)...."

Are more directed to your point

"If I wanted to, I could call all the CEOs of every company and raise more money than you've ever seen...blah blah blah. But I don't want to do that.....blah blah blah"

He plays his severe fundraising shortcomings off as some sort of conscious decision against perceived improprieties, when in actually he's never met an impropriety that he didn't like and advance on.

There shouldn’t be a problem Donnie, just put a hundred million (chump change for you) into your campaign warchest!
Unless you really don’t have it!

6. There were those comments about Joe and his family having all this money streaming in

Joe missed an opportunity there. He should have said: "Man, I need to make some phone calls. I think all these checks coming to me must have gotten lost in the mail".

My sense right now is that the GOP is starting to focus more on trying not to lose the Senate in this final stretch.

Tthey know it is being diverted to his bank account.

They are doing ads on their own. last night i saw at least six very ugly dump commercials during a football game.

A Black man on how Biden hates Blacks.

A very badly wounded vet saying how weak Biden is.

A Cuban "businessnan" yammering about socialism.
