Im a farmer and watch the weather pretty religiously forecasts are pretty worthless past 5-6 days out.
Yep. Thats how it is out here in the hinterlands.

10 days out ...maybe 24 to 48 hours

Impact will probably be somewhere along the gulf coast.
That messes up any long range forecast.
