I suspect the loudest objectors to this - who are obviously insinuating some foul motivations like "they just want free stuff!" - went to that assumption reflexively - BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DO!!! The rich and well-connected don't want to pay taxes - but they don't mind availing themselves of all the things all that tax money pays for, from local road repair to national security.

I used to work in ICU. The dark marks around his mouth have yet to be explained, and I don't think it's cyanosis (lack of oxygen). Could he have been intubated for a procedure, and could those be bruises from that, or even from the tape that would hold the tube in place? I agree about the marks on his hands and arms, and that he very likely either had TPA for a stroke, or has been on a heparin drip for blood clots in a leg or lung. He is 76 and probably not in great health.

(bottom left) it looks like the purple runs out onto his cheek. Now that could be just shadow, or it could be bruising (tape?). Whatever it is, Addison Mitchell McConnell is not a well man and could very well not survive another term. Perhaps Amy McGrath should gently mention that.

32. Look at his left eye lid in the pic where he was messing with his mask. His eye lid looks a little

"bruised" too. That's a bruise on his nose also, that's clear at other angels, just like the one on the right side of his lip. The area above his lips and to the sides look swollen. I'm sure he's wearing make up to hide most of it.
