For the record, they have all had good reputations. My dad was a deputy for the former sheriff so as a kid I knew the current one.

How does this make any sense, they have closed the main streets in Circleville. And access to downtown will be restricted.
Businesses are weighing staying open for no business or closing tomorrow.

A local bakery, who typically makes 30-40 percent of their annual revenue on the last Saturday of the pumpkin show and has supplies to meet that demand, cannot open tomorrow.

This makes no sense because the fairgrounds are on the other end of the town and can be access easily from the east.
