Poll: Plurality of voters say Democratic Party fights more for the working class

A plurality of voters believe the Democratic Party fights more for the working class than the Republican Party, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds.

Forty-six percent of registered voters in the Oct. 13-15 survey said the Democratic Party fights more for the working class.

By contrast, 36 percent said the same of the Republican Party.

Thirteen percent of voters said neither party fights for the working class, and 6 percent were unsure.
