But, this 12 year old young lady already grasps the basic concept of common sense and human decency. She will only expand upon that precept for the rest of her life. Making everyone she interacts with enjoy and hopefully appreciate a very pleasant and humane experience.

Mayor Lightfoot has obviously set a great example and should be very proud.
