If he stays here, at 12:01 on January 20th, he's a regular citizen again without the legal protection of the Presidency. I'm sure the SDNY has enough on him to bankrupt him by the 21st. He'll be on his plane and on his way to Russia before inauguration day...if Putin wants him. He probably won't though considering how badly Donny failed in delivering this country to him.
