"RESTORING" the Court.
The transparent partisan hypocrisy of the Barrett farce, on top of the theft of Garland's seat and the publicly painful confirmation of a sexual assailant,---all during the illegitimate "administration" of a madman---robbed the nation's highest court of any confidence in its ability---or desire---to render impartial justice.
A failure to quickly restore the Court by appointing and confirming Justices who are clearly in the mainstream of public sentiment will see one of our three branches wither into total irrelevancy.

If Biden needs to expand the Courts in a effort to fix failures of Governance that have been happening since Reagan,so be it. First is quashing the Senate Filibuster.
