5. Your first option should be to find a member of the Democratic Voter Protection team.

Look for an observer inside the polling place. If there isn't one there, look for one outside.

These are trained individuals who have access to live resources (teams of lawyers both local and nationally) who can either help immediatley solve the problem or can collect the necessary information to take legal action - as appropriate - to challenge the election.
