It has taken them 38 days to bring the Amy Coney Barrett nomination to a vote since Ginsburg death. Nomination occurring only 46 days before the next presidential election.

Make DC a state and unpack the Republican packed courts by adding two more justices.

They stole two. We even it up by adding two;effectively taking back what they stole.

1. Also immediately get rid of the Senate filibuster & gain 4 more Senate seats

by granting DC & PR statehood. Make it darn hard for Repugs to regain Senate majority for years to come.

3. Excellent ideas, and being worked on. DC itself can't be a state without an amendment, but it...

can be "reduced" to the 10 square miles required and the rest of it be a state.

PR has had a number of nonbinding resolutions, and most of them were anti-state. Statehood does not benefit quite a few Puerto Ricans because of tax and regulatory benefits they now have, and having representatives in Congress gets a big shrug from a lot of them. This may have changed after the paper towels, but I think the decision is still theirs, not ours.
