Those states pay out more in federal taxes than the red states. In fact, red states often take in more than they put out.

What a bold, brash RIPOFF!

That needs to be reckoned with because "welfare" states are being favored for obvious reasons and the facts are being ignored in order to justify withholding relief to blue states.
