Atglen is not really a suburb of Philly. It’s really closer to Lancaster. I used to make the drive from Lancaster on route 30 two times per week to Wayne, PA (which is a suburb of Philly). Atglen is right next to Gap and also OFF of route 30. It’s pretty much Amish country with lots of farmland. There are some warehouses and manufacturing companies dotted around. It is beautiful country through there. However, it’s also very close to what they call “SoLanCo”, which is short for southern Lancaster County. From what I recall, lots of guns, confederate flags, and white nationalists. It’s In the middle of nowhere.
