Democrats are crushing it in early votes in Maricopa County...

2020
Total: 1,157,731
R: 417,221
D: 452,025
O: 288,485

2016 - all early ballots returned prior to election day:
Total: 1,025,703
R: 421,566
D: 327,546
O: 276,591

Trump won this county by 46-43 in 2016. And Arizona by 3.5 points total.

Hillary finished with 702,907 votes in this county. So, likely over half that total has already voted.

When I was doing volunteer work for The League of Women Voters, decades ago (where does the time go) I registered as an Independent. I am now on the Democratic role.

Independents have been going about 65-35 Biden. If that holds here, we're looking a roughly

640,000 votes for Biden
518,000 votes for Trump

(This also assumes no Ds for Trump or Rs for Biden).
This translates to Biden votes at 55% at this point.

Definitely trending blue

I'm not a big turnout guy but I find myself rooting for high independent numbers everywhere. That block is going to decide the election
