also runs a well known polling operation. I think it's just an attempt by Mcclatchy to integrate the resources of their polling enterprises into their local South Florida media. Kind of like Kellog coming up with a new cereal brand.

The whole premise of this seems a bit gimmicky to me. Having said that, McClatchy is a pretty reputable polling organization, and Miami Herald is an equally reputable newspaper.
