Just like Rassmussen, and others are right leaning, PPP and Hart are left-leaning. Granted, left-leaning polls have a higher quality but they are left-leaning. GOTV!

This is a Public Opinion Strategies Poll partnering with Hart Research.
POS is a B+ rated pollster with a +1.5 Republican Bias
Hart Research I assume is affiliated with the Garin-Hart-Yang Research which has a +1.3 Democratic Bias.
Silver rates them together as A-, meaning he thinks they're one of the best. 11 points is in line with the norm, this poll is way more valid than Rasmussen.
