Voters have cast 50.8% of the total votes counted in the 2016 general election.

Total Early Votes: 70,032,485 • Mail Ballots: 46,874,461 • In-Person Votes: 23,158,024

Texas has the highest percentage of votes cast in the 2016 at 86.9%.

I just stood in line for an hour and a half to vote in NYC.

I know people who have tried to vote early but the line is too long each time so they are waiting for the line to get smaller. They will vote no matter what but they can't stand in line too long because of their health.
