Gee...stock market in free fall, COVID exploding, we are internationally laughed at or hated

sure, he deserves another term. Has any president ever had such an abysmal record to "run" on? Of course not.

We were brought face to face (well, phone to phone) with how this cult bubble works. Our daughter (of course) voted for Biden. Her hubby berated her, called her a baby killer (for being an abortion tolerant Democrat), dragged out the laundry list of Faux/Rush bullshit. His parents are doctors, and so-called leaders in their so-called church. We don't know how their marriage can survive. Neither my wife, or me, or our other daughter could make a marriage to a republican work.

Our country is 40% of one self contained deluded reality, 60% fact based, actual reality. There are no tendrils linking these two bubbles.

The faster that 40% gets crushed, ground, stuffed back into their hole, deprogrammed - whatever works - the better.

No doubt at all he is...Never could figure out how anyone man or woman can stay in that type of relation but have seen it time after time. If my spouse were spouting right wing BS it would be all over even after 50+ years

I feel so sorry for her. Her brother and I became political after the selection of George W. Bush and we evolved together. We have both early voted and want to see the end of MF45 on January 21, 2021.

...is those 40% of our fellow Americans that are like her husband-- can't or won't see reality also won't just go away if Dems carry the day. And while Biden may win, we may loathe that 40%, but I just don't see a quick cure to "fix stupid". I wish you and your daughter well.

Thanks to global communications and widespread coverage, everybody knows what has gone on over the past 4 years including the unbelievable Republican hypocrisy on SCOTUS. No doubt many are horrified to see that the U.S. is not necessarily the global leader they grew up learning to trust. Re-electing Bush/Cheney after invading Iraq and Freedom Fries was bad enough but there was still some "hope & change." Then came the virulent racism of the Tea Party, etc., leading to the racist "king and queen of the birthers." People everywhere now know that even if Trump gets the boot that 40% will still be around.

Perhaps all that has inspired a new sense of urgency for nuclear disarmament: Nuclear weapons treaty: Campaigners hail new era for nuclear disarmament

No way these sociopaths should ever have nukes at their disposal.
