Most of the 42% will go back to their lives, only a small number will continue to make trouble. Putin is the bigger issue. Russia is a third world country with some oil and missiles. We need to isolate them and put them back into their box. Biden must work with our allies to target Russia's economy and ability to launch cyber attacks. Russia is having a very out sized role in world affairs considering they are not a vibrant or rich country past the few oligarchs.

Extremely important that Russia and Putin be contained and their influence minimized starting day 1 of Joe's term. It will not be hard to do, a large and focused cyber security effort by the US and allies, along with a counter cyber offensive targeting Russia will be in order.
