Trump supporters are "Tories"

They don't want Democracy. Democracy is messy, and loud and dirty and includes all citizens. Trump Loyalists want a "King". They want a strongman to tell them what to do, what to believe, how to think. They haven't raised a fuss over voter suppression because they don't like voting, because the "Wrong people" get a say. Their roots pre-date America. We, the People, fought several wars against them. Yet they persist. Like bedbugs or lice. Lurking in the shadows until we tire and sleep. 2020 has become the Second Revolution. Do we let the Tories have their king, or do we shut them down, as we have done before? The price of freedom is vigilance. We cannot rest.
