PA voters: if their ballot doesn't arrive by 8 p.m. next Tuesday, it's being put in a separate pile

PA voters should know that if their ballot doesn't arrive by 8 p.m. next Tuesday, it's being put in a separate pile. That's happening. The Republicans on the Court are already laying out the next step: ask us to order that those votes never count.

SCOTUS is staying out of the PA election fight for now. In separate statement, Alito suggests that the court could potentially intervene after the election if late-arriving ballots change the results. Here’s the order. Justice Barrett did not participate. https://supremecourt.gov/opinions/20pdf/20-542_i3dj.pdf

In my county it is every public library. It should be easy to drop off mail-in ballots.
That was an earlier Pa. Supreme Court case.

It seems like we CANNOT get a yes or no decision (pertaining to ANYTHING that involves RUMP) from this court under RUMP RULERSHIP.

The ruling says pretty much the same as the WI ruling, only we’ll wait.
