Jared and Ivanka return to a small segment of NYC that isn't Society. They will go around with other vacuous rich people who don't care about anyone but themselves. They are not part of Mrs. Astor's set. They will not be admitted to join private clubs/country clubs. They will have a passing reference regarding parties in the Hamptons and that's about it.

Ivanka will be invited to join Boards of museums, etc. And no one will care if she eats a ham sandwich in public.
