Why hasn't Rudy been arrested for fake email/laptop gate?

Had the FBI been ordered by Barr to wait until after the election. If so, that sucks bc Rudy was trying to influence the election.

Democrats have to be perfect angels or the law will crush them.

Republicans can be absolute monsters but the legal system will ignore them completely.
